Tenryn Teyatos Linston, a former employee in the Physical Plant, threatened a co-worker at the loading dock for support services at teh Chicopee Complex on Oct. 26 around 1 p.m. Kim Thomas of the Physical Plant said Linston “made verbal threats to harm” worker Jeffrey Lemanuel Hicks, according to the police report.
Linston also made physical threats by approaching Hicks with a metal folding chair and acting in an aggressive manner. There was no physical contact. Linston had to be physically removed from the scene, according to witnesses.
At 3 p.m. warrants were signed at the ACC Magistrate Court for Linston’s arrest, and he was charged with a felony count of terroristic threats and acts and a felony count of aggravated assault. He has been barred from University property for two years.
