Courtney Tramaine Johnson, a male visitor, was arrested at Sanford Stadium at 9:49 a.m. on Nov. 7 when he got in a fight with a University employee behind the stadium on East Campus Road.
The two were in an argument when Johnson brandished two knives. Johnson was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and two counts of weapon on school property because of the incident. When police searched the area, they also charged with two counts of third degree cruelty to children because he had two kids in the car. He was also charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of drug-related objects and driving with a revoked license once University police searched his car and found the items and ran his name through dispatch.
Johnson and the employee were acquaintances. There had been a previous history of problems between them.
What a busy day for the cops.
